Sales Terms and Conditions
Orders placed through the B2B online platform www.tcgfactory.com are subject to the following Sales Terms and Conditions, except in those cases where special conditions have been established and signed:
-Free shipping in (mainland) Spain for orders equal to or greater than 150 euros + taxes.
-Orders are generally processed and shipped the same day the customer places them, as long as payment is confirmed before 2 p.m. (Monday to Thursday; on Fridays, this deadline is 11 a.m, local time in mainland Spain). Orders placed after these times will be sent the following business day. Customers do not need to send TCG Factory proof of payment; we check to verify payments several times a day. Please remember that the order is shipped only after we have confirmed receipt of the payment.
-Orders are delivered by well-known transport companies like MRW. This service provides a tracking number so that customers can track the status of their order. This information is available in the Order History and Details section under My Account. TCG Factory also sends a separate email to the customer with the delivery tracking number.Click here for information on shipping costs.
-The distribution sales prices detailed on the website do not include VAT.
-In the Canary Islands, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties at the destination. The transport company will manage the customer’s payment.
TCG Factory reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, as well as to remove any item or article from its catalogue as well as create and add new ones.
IMPORTANT:When reserving high demand products, such as TCGs or exclusive Funkos, please note that the actual availability of these products depends on the quantity of product that the manufacturer sends to our Headquarters. So, even if you confirm your reservation within the timeframe indicated by the item’s reservation deadline, we cannot guarantee stock. In the event of insufficient stock, orders will be fulfilled by reservation date.
Sales Policy and Payment Terms
-Once the purchase has been completed on tcgfactory.com, the customer has a maximum period of 30 calendar days to complete the payment, counting from the order confirmation date.With one exception: the period is reduced to 15 calendar days for trading card games,for orders placed both within and outside of mainland SpainIn the event of a combined order, the original date of the order will be considered as the order date. If payment has not been made within this period, the order will be cancelled.
-In the event of a combined order, the payment period starts from the date the original order was confirmed.
-Total or partial cancellation of orders, whether purchases of items in AVAILABLE status, PREORDERS or a direct request from the customer, may result in penalties that may ultimately result in the removal of the option to purchase on hold.
-TCG Factory reserves the right to modify these deadlines when necessary to facilitate order processing and provide the best possible service.
-Direct debit customers who have exceeded their credit limit will be subject to the same policy; if they do not pay off their credit within the established deadlines, their orders will be cancelled.
