FAQ PANINI - RETURNS

In Panini's case, we give you the possibily of returning those articles that have not been sold in your business. Here we explain how.

-What material can I return?

You can return trading cards and comic books purchased at TCG Factory. In other words: you can't return Panini material purchased through other distributors.

In the case of trading cards, it's essential that the returned boxes keep the original seal intact. You can't return loose trading card packs.

Understandably, returns of manipulated material won't be accepted.

And the best of all! There is no minimum or maximum number of items to include in the return, and you can combine comics and trading cards without issue.

-How long do I have to return the material?

You have a maximum of 6 months from the date of the purchase invoice to make your return request (see below for instructions on how to do this)

There's one exception. In the case of trading cards, collections usually have a limited lifespan. Don't worry, we'll let you know about a month in advance by email so you can process your return.

-How do I process the return?

To start the return process, you must make a request that we'll have to authorise so you can manage the shipment of the goods. These are the steps to follow and the deadlines set for each process.

1.REQUEST: This must be done through our web form.

  • Choose the option «Help with an enquiry - PANINI Return».  
  • There you'll be able to download an Excel template. You have to fill it in with the items to be returned and upload it again in the same space on the form.
  • You can make your request whenever you like, as long as it is within the time limits (established in the previous question). We have chosen not to set a specific deadline to facilitate your individual management - we adapt to you to make your life easier!   

2.AUTHORISATION: In order for your return request to progress, it need our authorisation.  

  • This takes between 24 and 72 working hours from the date of our request. 
  • We will send the answer to the email address in your customer profile alongside the delivery note identification code corresponding to the return.
  • Once authorised, you can arrange for the goods to be sent to our Headquarters (this process is completely dependent on you). Our address for receiving the items is:

3.SHIPPING OF GOODS: The returned items must be correctly packaged to avoid possible damages and make the verification easier.

To process your return, it is essential that you complete the following steps: 

  • Place a visible notice on each package/box of your return with the delivery note number next to the text «RETURN». To save you some time, we have designed a sticker that will also look great on the boxes.
  • Please, keep in mind that the returned items MUST match the Excel in your initial request. No items should be added or removed.
  • We would like to point out that we do NOT need the original invoice number of your TCG Factory order related to the merchandise you're returning. We have designed an internal process specifically to save you that search, so you can use that extra time enjoying a good comic book, for example.

4.VERIFICATION: When we receive your shipment at our Headquarters, the first thing we do is to check the items.

  • If there are no setbacks, we move on to the next step.
  • If we find any damage, we will promptly contact you to let you know and find a viable solution.

5.YOUR RETURN BECOMES BALANCE!: If all previous steps go smoothly, we will add the amount corresponding to the returned items as balance on your customer account (it is not refunded as such).  

Normally, it will be available to you within 7 working days after we receive the items.

-What happens if I receive damaged material?

If it's a manufacturing issue and you notice it after opening the boxes, let us know as soon as possible through our web form

If the damage is visible when receiving the shipment: follow the steps on our return policy and notify us through our web form.

Please remember to leave a note on the delivery note to the carrier to facilitate handling this issue.
