RESERVES MANAGEMET: PRE-ORDERS AND BACKORDERS
At TCG Factory you can make purchases of items in the state AVAILABLE (of which we have stock in our Headquarters) or make reservations for PRE-ORDERS or BACKORDER items.

What are PRE-ORDER items and how do they work?
You can distinguish the items in PRE-ORDER at a glance because they include the PRE-ORDER label in orange.
Items in PRE-ORDER have not yet been released to the market: they are hot novelties waiting to arrive! You can reserve them by adding them to your cart of MY PRE-ORDERS. To do this you just have to click on the ADD button of the item in question, as you do when you buy an available item.
Once in your cart, you need to CONFIRM your reservations. You can do so by clicking here. Unconfirmed reservations are not served! Please note that the goods will be served once received by order confirmation of reservation and always depending on the final quantity sent by the manufacturer. That is, receiving the goods is not a 100% guaranteed.
PRE-ORDER items that are CONFIRMED are shipped when they arrive at our Headquarters. We send you an email to notify you and proceed with the payment (unless you have sufficient credit available, in which case the shipping process is automatic).
That is, the reservations in PRE-ORDER are not paid immediately, but when we receive them in our headquarters.

IMPORTANT: It is essential that your reservations have the correct address. When the item arrives at our Headquarters, your order will be created with the address associated with your reservation. What are BACKORDER items and how do they work?
You can differentiate the BACKORDER items at a glance because they include the BACKORDER label in black.
BACKORDER items are already on the market, but we do not have stock in our headquarters. We are waiting for the manufacturer to replace them and send us more. You can reserve them by adding them to your cart MY BACKORDERS. To do this you just have to click on the ADD button of the item in question, as you do when you buy an available item.

BACKORDER items that are CONFIRMED are shipped when they arrive at our Headquarters. We send you an email to notify you and proceed with the payment (unless you have sufficient credit available, in which case the shipping process is automatic).

When do my PRE-ORDER items arrive?
All items on PRE-ORDER have an expected release date and a reservation deadline.
-Expected release date: This is the date provided by the manufacturer for the release of the article. Please note that this release date is usually an aproximation and ultimately depends on the manufacturer.
-Reservation deadline: When we receive a shipment of items in PRE-ORDER, we send them to the customers according to the order of confirmation of reservation and until stock. We advise you to confirm your reservations within the deadline indicated by the reservation date in order to have a greater security of receiving your reservations. We always try to order enough quantities to cover all the stocks, but ultimately we are dependent on the quantity that the manufacturer sends us.
IMPORTANT: When booking high demand products, the final availability of these products depends on the quantity that the manufacturer sends to our headquarters. Therefore, even if you confirm your reservation within the time indicated by the reservation deadline of the item, we cannot guarantee the stock. In case of not having enough units, orders will be served by confirmed order.

>When will my reserved BACKORDER items arrive?
The receipt of new merchandise of BACKORDER items is exclusively subject to the manufacturer’s availability.
That’s why arrival dates are not provided. We don’t even know how long it will take to have a replacement! In case of availability, we will notify you by email.
As with pre-order reservations, we send the refills according to the order of confirmation of the reservation of the BACKORDER item.
IMPORTANT: When booking high demand products, the final availability of these products depends on the quantity that the manufacturer sends to our headquarters. Therefore, even if you confirm your reservation within the time indicated by the reservation deadline of the item, we cannot guarantee the stock. In case of not having enough units, orders will be served by confirmed order.

Can I cancel my PRE-ORDER or BACKORDER reservations?
Reservations for items in PRE-ORDER or BACKORDER can only be cancelled if they are in draft state; that is, if you have not yet confirmed them.
If they are confirmed, a purchase commitment is established on your part.
In the event that there is no other option and a cancellation or reduction of reserved units is required, this process may lead to penalties. In the end, they could even lead to the possible deletion of the option to buy on reservation or the cancellation of confirmed reservations in your customer account.
For our part, this is the last option and we prefer to treat each situation in a personalized way to try not to reach that conclusion.
Please note that automatic cancellation of orders that exceed the payment deadline is also included in this category and is subject to penalties
