We know that not receiving all the reserved products can be frustrating. We don't like it either, and that’s why we want to be clear with you. Below, we explain how we handle these situations so you know what to expect.

How do we manage the shipment of these products?

Our goal is to distribute the products as fairly and efficiently as possible, following these criteria:

• Reservation date: We prioritize reservations confirmed within the deadline. However, due to high demand, we cannot always guarantee all reservations, even those made within this period.
• Trust in organized play: Stores that trust us to manage their organized play systems, such as WPN for Magic: The Gathering, OTS for Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Melee for Disney Lorcana TCG, receive priority in distribution. These stores place special trust in TCG Factory, and we make sure to support that relationship with preferential treatment.
• Purchase history and product variety: We also consider the ongoing commitment and the diversity of products purchased by stores. Those with a solid and varied purchase history in our catalog are prioritized.

Additional considerations

• We maintain your reservations: If we cannot fulfill all reservations, the products will remain on our website as "BACKORDER" (click here to learn more about the "backorder" status). Your initial reservation remains active for future restocks. If you prefer not to wait, you can cancel your reservation through our inquiry form.
• Purchase limits: In exceptional cases, we may set limits on the number of units reserved to ensure fair distribution. If this happens, we will inform you in advance and with complete transparency.

How can you increase your chances of receiving high-demand products?

To improve your chances, we recommend the following:

• Confirm your reservations within the deadline.
• Trust us to manage organized play in your store for Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Disney Lorcana TCG.
• Maintain a solid and varied purchase history.
